Maddie Hayes - Owner

Hello! My name is Maddie, I am the owner of Timeless Timelines. One of my favorite parts of owning Timeless are the amazing coordinators I get to entrust my clients to. Everyone is a team player, works well together, and have become friends with one another. My favorite part of the wedding day is right before I send the bride down the aisle, I get to see her excitement/nerves/emotions when she is about to marry her best friend - it’s the best moment to see first hand. One fun fact about me is that I have had two home births to my two sons, Griffin and Banks.

Mackenzie Torquato - Timeless Manager & Head Coordinator

Hey hey! My name is Mackenzie Torquato and I love getting to work in such a great environment with coordinators who are hard-working, motivated and dedicated to making our clients dreams a reality! I love being able to see new trends, little details that are special to each individual couple, and seeing two families come together. Some fun facts about me are that started coordinating my senior year of high school, I have my Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance from San Diego State, and will never turn down a dance party!

Sara Cooper - Head Coordinator

Hey there! My name is Sara and I love working with the kindest, most inspiring, and hard-working coordinators! It always inspires me when I can make people's dreams come true alongside such an amazing team of coordinators. I love getting to see so many traditions expressed through ceremonies and decor and one of my favorite parts of the wedding day is congratulating the bride and groom when they first come back down the aisle right after being married. I love the look of awe, excitement, and love on their faces! One fun fact about me is that I absolutely love the beach and surfing, but I strongly dislike seafood! Yes... even shrimp!

Elizabeth (Eli) Bollefer - Head Coordinator

Hi! My name is Elizabeth, but most people call me Eli (pronounced like Ellie). I come from a theater background and I love the rush of putting on a live show! Setting up and executing a wedding feels very similar and I feel honored to be able to work with so many couples on such a special day. Designing the layouts and decorating the tables are two of my favorite aspects of coordinating. On the wedding day, I enjoy seeing the smiles, tears, and laughter from the Bride and Groom's family members. I knew I was destined to be a wedding coordinator when the day after my own wedding I was ready to plan another! One fun fact about me is that for about 3 years, I worked at Euro Disneyland and lived in Paris, France!

Rachel Schneider - Head Coordinator

Hi! My name is Rachel. I love being a part of the Timeless team of coordinators - everyone always shows up with such a great attitude! I always look forward to coming to work; in fact I have a hard time calling it work! Seeing everyone’s different styles is one of my many favorite parts of coordinating - I haven’t seen two events look the same which I absolutely love. Catch me tearing up during the vows, first dances and speeches. A few fun facts about me is that Timeless Timelines coordinated my own wedding which is when I decided I wanted to join the team! I also have two young children, enjoy making macrame and did a rap speech to Fresh Prince of Bel Air at my sister’s wedding.
